The following methods teach you how to use the submersible sewage pump correctly
(1) 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC power supply should be connected. There is a black or yellow-green line in the cable lead of the water pump, which is the grounding line. Be sure to ground it well before use. In the process of use, pay attention to protect the cable of the pump to ensure the normal operation of the submersible sewage pump.
(2) For personal safety, the electric water pump used in any place should be equipped with a residual current action protector, or use an automatic switch with leakage protection function.
(3) Before the electric water pump is submerged in the water, a short-term power-on forward and reverse rotation test should be carried out. After confirming that the turning direction is consistent with the direction of the mark, put it into the water (because the pump can drain water in both forward and reverse directions, but when it is reversed) The motor will be overloaded, so it cannot be used in reverse.
(4) If the electric water pump in operation suddenly does not drain water, it is likely that single-phase operation has occurred, resulting in overheating in the motor, the thermal protector acts, and the power supply is disconnected. At this time, the power failure inspection should be carried out immediately.
(5) The electric submersible sewage pump can be used in two ways: vertical and horizontal. The depth of diving into the water should be appropriate. If the depth of diving into the water is too shallow, it may cause the pump to become hot or unable to drain.
(6) After the thermal protector operates, it can automatically reset after 2 minutes, and the motor will start running again, so live inspection is strictly prohibited.
(7) The power must be cut off when moving the submersible sewage pump.
